Guys, guys!

I have it all figured out. I have no idea how Sherlock survived the fall and I frankly don’t care, I’m just gonna trust the trolls will resolve it satisfactory.

But what about what happens AFTERWARDS?

Now, here’s a thought:

I know most of you don’t want John to get married, but guess what? Reality called, it’s gonna happen.

Don’t fret, my friends!

Here’s the solution: What if Mary (John’s wife in canon) turns out to be Sebastian’s (aka Colonel Moran, Moriarty’s right hand so to speak) sister?

I know: how did I come up with THAT? I don’t know, man. Just go with it.

Here’s what should happen:

1. Mary meets John (perhaps he’s her doctor?) and they start dating. Eventually, he asks her to marry her. She says yes.

2. Sherlock returns.

3. Sherlock meets Mary and immediately despises her, he just doesn’t know why.

4. Somehow he finds out (with Mycroft’s help perhaps?) that the henchman he’s been watching for months, ever since the fall, is his friend’s fiance.

5. He deduces she’s working with her brother, but keeps quiet about it until he has a plan.

6. He comes up with a genius plan in order to take both Mary and Sebastian out at once.

7. That plan includes confronting her in front of John.

8. She confesses everything - how she deliberately hurt her ankle and went to the clinic in order to meet him and get close to him and such - but also states that she had unexpectedly fallen for him during their time together.

9. Naturally, John doesn’t believe her.

Here is where it gets interesting.

10. Sebastian gets tired of all the talking and shoots John. Only he doesn’t hit John, Mary takes the bullet for him.

This is awesome because of many reasons, mainly:

1. Mary is in canon.

2. Mary dies in canon.

3. Moffat writes incredible strong women. His Mary would be a total BAMF.

4. Mary dies (did I mention that?) and Sherlock gets proven right about how emotions are a disadvantage once again.

After that Lestrade bursts in and arrests a speechless Sebastian, whilst Mary dies in John’s arms who then returns to Baker Street with Sherlock for comfort.

This is my version and I want this to happen now. Please.
